Our Turnkey Solutions follows a 4-phase project management methodology. We conduct Discovery – where we listen to your problems that require solutions, we research the best and most cost effective solution. Once we come up with a solution that fits both your needs and your budget, we can plan and creating project configuration documents complete with CAD Drawings when necessary – and proposals. We always receive and integrate feedback from you, no matter the project phase. Once we get the go ahead, we enter the Development phase of the project – where we will bring together the technologies you need, from a whole host of manufacturers – we deal with all of the headaches and the footwork for you so you don’t have to. Whenever necessary, we’ll develop, and deploy custom-built technologies that will solve your problem. Once we have all the elements in place, we Deploy your solution. In this final project phase, we can either project manage the installation, or do the installation ourselves. We provide both Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing as we work, integrating one or more manufacturer’s technologies. After we’re done with our installation, our work is not done. Rice Electronics then provides superior after sales support, 24 hours a day.
